The working principle of the air shower is: the high static pressure fan installed on the side delivers air, and the static pressure air duct of the air shower box transports air. The air flow is filtered into clean air through the primary and high-efficiency filters. Through the SUS304 spray ball, dust particles brought in by personnel and goods are blown off from different angles at a strong wind speed of 22-26m/s. The removed dust particles are then filtered by the primary and high-efficiency filters and recirculated into the air shower area. At the same time, the front and rear doors of the air shower are interlocked, which also plays the role of an airlock, preventing unpurified air from entering the clean room.
